Games
Come in. Pull up a chair.
Them days you sent a youngster up the road to say there was a game on. Now you send the code, and if a chair's still empty when you deal, one of the regulars takes it.

Got a place worth the drive?
Down the road
Well, Sunday after Mass we'd walk it. Start at the gate and go down, and every house along here I'll tell you who's in it.
St. Anthony
st-anthony · The Viking Trail
The big town at the top of the island - icebergs, whales, and Grenfell's hospital.
St. Anthony, the largest town at the tip of the Northern Peninsula, takes its name from St. Anthony Haven as recorded by Jacques Cartier in 1534. It grew from a fishing station into the service hub of the French Shore and became the headquarters of Wilfred Grenfell's medical mission after 1900. Today it is the base for trips to L'Anse aux Meadows and for iceberg and whale watching at the mouth of the strait.
How to get there
