Games
Come in. Pull up a chair.
Them days you sent a youngster up the road to say there was a game on. Now you send the code, and if a chair's still empty when you deal, one of the regulars takes it.

Got a place worth the drive?
Down the road
Well, Sunday after Mass we'd walk it. Start at the gate and go down, and every house along here I'll tell you who's in it.
St. Vincent's beach
st-vincents · The Irish Loop
A steep beach on the Irish Loop where humpbacks feed close enough to hear.
St. Vincent''s-St. Stephen''s-Peter''s River sits on a deep-water beach on the southern Avalon where capelin roll in summer and humpback whales follow them right in to the shore. The drop-off close to the beach is why the whales come in so near; it is one of the best shore-based whale watching spots in the province.
How to get there
Route 90 south from the Trans-Canada to Route 10, the Irish Loop; St. Vincent''s is on the shore road.
